Burt is a member of the American Medical Society, American Academy of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, National Medical Association and Physiatric Association of Spine, Sports, and Occupational Rehabilitation. He received his medical degree from East Tennessee State University James H. Quillen College of Medicine and is licensed in New Jersey and New York.
Dr. Steven H. Dane
Neurology
Dr. Steven H. Dane, Medical Director of Sall Myers Medical Associates, joined the neurological staff at Sall Myers Medical Associates in 1995 as the Assistant Director of Neurological Services. He graduated from New York Medical College with an MD and completed his Neurology residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. He is currently a clinical instructor in the Department of Neurology at Mount Sinai.
Dr. Didier Demesmin
Pain Management
Dr. Didier Demesmin has been on staff at Sall Myers Medical Associates since 2010. Dr. Demesmin is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist by the American Board of Anesthesiology and has a subspecialty in Pain Medicine. He completed his medical training at Columbia University in New York and SUNY Downstate Medical Center.

Dr. Johnson graduated from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in 1997 and completed his training at Howard University, Washington, DC and Lennox Hill Hospital, New York, NY. He speaks English and Spanish. He has been licensed to practice in New Jersey since 2004.

Irena Janiec- Zito, APN is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Seton Hall University, South Orange NJ, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2002 and received her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN in 2020.
Sejal Patel, MS, PA-C
Sejal Patel, MS, PA-C is a Nationally Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). After completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Seton Hall University in 2000, Sejal attended Seton Hall University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey Physician Assistant program and graduated with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant in 2002. A member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistants, she has been practicing in the Pain Management field for the past 11 years. Ms. Patel is fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.
